The Law Society of Scotland’s Report on ‘crooked lawyer’ Andrew Penman of Stormonth Darling Solicitors, Kelso – first, recommending prosecution before the Scottish Solicitors Discipline Tribunal, then quashing the verdict after Mr Penman’s lawyer friend, James Ness, a Law Society Director and lawyer from Dalbeattie, twisted the Committee’s arm to get his client off the hook :
Six pages & a page of summary from myself ... but I heard there was a lot more to the investigation & report than I was ever told ... anyway, this is put up for you to read .. and study... because if you have problems with lawyers & make a complaint to the crooks at Drumsheugh Gardens (the Law Society of Scotland) .. you should be expecting a report something like this ...
However, while the Case Reporter wanted Mr Penman prosecuted before the SSDT (Scottish Solicitors Discipline Tribunal) ... a fiddle took place before the Committee Hearing (all kept secret from me) .. and Mr Penman's representative at that hearing (Mr James Ness, of Austins Solicitors, Dalbeattie) AND also Convener of the Law Society's 'Competence Committee', made nasty & vicious representations against my character, praising Mr Penman as being someone who had a right to existence more so than myself .... Mr Ness is now chairman of 'Law Care' another Law Society fiddle to 'support' bent lawyers when they are found out robbing their clients ...
An extra page is included - which was a leaflet I did to distribute along with the report - just to let people know what kind of lawyers the Law Society of Scotland allows to practice .... just remember - the chances are, YOUR own lawyer has had major complaints made against them in their career relating to client fraud, bumping up the charges on client bills, lying about case work .. etc ... so before you have to deal with a crook, check them out .... for yourself !
oh, one last thing .. the Law Society are a bit ticked off off that I have put this stuff back up … apparently they thought they were rid of me in 2003 ... no chance, lads ... until you correct what happened on my case, and all the other cases & lives of people your members have ruined .. cases such as this will always haunt the very corrupt Scottish legal profession.
