We see justice as, not being interested in the truth but more what is the best fit...............<br />=======================================================<br />Please note it is not a misapprehension on my part,it was but three years of litigation hell proved to me what this so called justice system was and is. Lawyers, doctors, expert witnesses all like the Judges have financial interests in employers so litigation is a frame up from start to finish. One man [a lecturer] in litigation against Motherwell College went through 15 years litigation hell and lost. It is not a justice system it is a business with the Scottish public are all potential victims of these people. They taught me never to trust them again. As for things being according to the law, law is fluid, it is written but if no one in a position of power will enforce people's rights they have no rights, the reason DOI started their blog. And there is no complaints system either that is fact. They use the public to make money because they can.
