You will have to direct your inquiry to the Law Society who take care of whether or not to collect these sums. We (the SSDT) only hand out our decision and then we play no further part in the process.

So, I thought to myself, this means that the SSDT is a sham organisation for the purpose of hood-winking the Scottish Public into believing that Scottish lawyers are being stopped and punished?

There is no reason not to believe that 100's of lawyers have been let off the hook by the Law Society of Scotland?

The reality is that Scottish lawyers being punished could not be further from the Truth!

The SSDT are not enforcing any regulations and are completely impotent because they play no part in making sure the crimes are paid for or indeed served?

This just goes to show that we are continually being lied to and there is a very strong likelihood that exactly the same is happening with the SLCC, bearing in mind there is absolutely no scrutiny of the SLCC and absolutely no way of knowing what shady deals are being struck behind the Scottish Public's backs?

Time the police stopped this white collar crime?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20722989.post-5622330581643635902015-01-22T16:42:09.025+00:002015-01-22T16:42:09.025+00:00 Anonymous said...
