also pointed out there wasn't even a release from Kevin Dunion on the demise of the appeal or the actual release, which is all very murky.<BR/><BR/>Lord Andrew Hardie now sits on the bench at the High Court of course, while the remainder of his chums in the legal profession dictate which cases can actually get into those courts.
