services there will be a chance for someone who needs to sue a lawyer to get someone to do something about it, rather than have the usual lawyer covers up for lawyer routine from the Law Society.Diary don't see how the opening of legal markets will benefit people like yourself who have problems with the legal profession.

What you will end up with is having to go to a representative under the proposed system who will then have to come back to specialists in the field of negligence, who will undoubtedly be experienced solicitors or advocates.

Unless the new system has people at hand it can rely on to provide representation and expert witness testimony, in the event that solicitors or advocates continue to refuse to take on representation of cases against their colleagues, people who require to take legal action against their solicitor will be no further forward as they are under the present system of 'restrictive practice' as the OFT alleges.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20722989.post-16757879835277571602007-07-31T19:32:00.000+01:002007-07-31T19:32:00.000+01:00Surprised the Scotsman did such an unbiased Scottish public or side with the money crabbing legal profession bent on market manipulation and denying all & sundry who oppose it's will access to justice.

#anonymous@3.18pm

Email me the details of that case please

#archie @ 3.53pm

Thanks for that reference.

BBC are a bit out of place on the details there as Douglas Mill & friends have been opposing reforms to the legal profession every step of the way.

Maybe they should consult the people most affected by a lack of access to justice rather than continually take gospel from those who deny access to justice.

#Jill @ 4.48pm

Thanks for your wishes and I got your email too.Diary of
