Not to be forgotten are the several alleg...Spot on. <BR/><BR/>Not to be forgotten are the several allegedly independent insurance companies who were also revealed to be participating in 'the Marsh frauds' - involving casualty insurance and investigations into Legal Professional Indemnity Insurance provision.<BR/><BR/>But the company to ask in Scotland is Royal and Sun Alliance who - having been served with a subpeona - hurriedly sold up their American assets the following year.<BR/><BR/>Lord Lang - former President of the Board of Trade and Industry and a Board member of Marsh - is another source of information.
